Step - Cardio Component
 This choreography includes two steps positioned vertically
Block One
2xScoop RL (R on R step, L on L step)8
 This is really cool but a little tricky!
1xBasic R (on the floor in the middle of both of the steps)4
1xStep R (Step R foot on the floor and freeze for 4 counts while the arms go, down, up, down and clap)4
1xMambo R on R step (foot on the step 1,2 and on the floor 3,4)4
2xOver the Step RR (on R step, turn after the first to lead R again)8
1xCurl R on R step4
 Repeat With Left Leg starting on L step
Block Two
3xKnee Lift RLR alternating steps12
1xMambo cha-cha-cha L (mambo L on the floor and cha cha cha moving around the back short end of L step)4
2xMarch RL (on the floor, you are now facing front on the L of your L step)2
1xDouble Knee Repeater R (Step R and lift L knee twice and step down behind the step)6
2xHip Extension LR (on L step and R step)8
 Repeat With Left Leg starting on L step
Block Three
1xTurn Step R (on R step)4
1xTap R (on L step, you are facing back of the room)4
1xTurn Step L (on R step)4
1xTap L (on L step)4
2xMambo Cha cha cha R on R step, cha cha cha turning back and Mambo L on L step cha cha cha facing front again8
1xKnee Lift Straddle R (on R step)4
1xOver the Top L (L on the R step, R on R step and down down4
 Repeat With Left Leg starting on L step
Block Four
 This is the easiest one
2xSide Leg Lift RL (alternating steps)8
1xRepeater-straddle R (on R step)8
 Repeat With Left Leg starting on L step
