Block One
 Step is Vertical. Start behind the short end of the step.

1xStraddle R4
2xJumps (Straddling the bench, forward, back)2
1x2-Knee Repeater R (step down on L side of the step on 5,6)6
2xOver-The-Top RL8
1xTap L4
1xL-Step L(back to the start position)4
 Repeat With Left Leg
Block Two
2xSide Leg Lift RL8
1xKnee Lift R (step down on L side of the step)4
1xOver-The-Top R4
 Repeat With Left Leg but doing the side leg lift LR from the R side of the step
Block Three
1x2-Knee Repeater R (jump on the second one and turn around the L shoulder)6
2xMarch LR (around back short end of the step)2
1x2-Knee Repeater L (jump on the second one and turn around the R shoulder)6
2xMarch RL (around back short end of the step)2
1xTap R4
