 Repeat With Left Leg
Block Two
2xV-Step RL8
2xTurn Step RL (with ball change on the floor at the end of each one)8
1xHip Extension R4
1xOver-The-Top R4
4xSide-to-Side LRLR (with L foot on the step and R on the floor turning around the L short end from the back of the step to face the front)8
 Repeat With Left Leg
Block Three
