4xV-Step (alternating sides. Arms: Both side extended, up, side and down)16
Block Two
2xTurn Step (arms alternating up and down)8

1xSide Leg Lift4
 Repeat With Left Leg to move to the front of the step.
Block Three
1xKnee Lift Straddle (you are facing left wall)4
2xMarch (L on top of the step, R on floor back of the step, L on the floor front of the step, R on floor back of the step)4
1x2-Knee Repeater (L on the step, lift R knee twice and step off behind the step)6
1xJumping Jack (turning to face R wall)2
2xKnee Lift (R, L)8
1x3-Knee Repeater Scissors (step R, lift L, tap L on floor, cross country on the step- scissors-,tap L on floor, lift L and tap down LR)8
 Repeat With Left Leg to move to the front of the step.
Block Four

1xHip Extension (short L end of the step)4
1xRepeater (step R,lift L knee, tap L foot on the floor counts 3,4,5, lift L knee on count 6, tap down L, R moving to front of the step)8

1xMambo Cha-Cha-Cha on the floor (Mambo L facing R wall of the room, cha-cha-cha turning to face the step)4
